ACCOMMODATION

Note: all conference attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
There are a number of hotels a short drive from the church, but we strongly recommend booking a room at the Premier Inn Oxford Botley (CLICK HERE) which is just a one minute walk away from the church. We encourage you to book accommodation asap as the cost will increase the closer we get to the conference!

COST

Full Conference (two days):
£20 ONE ADULT
£30 MARRIED COUPLE
Friday or Saturday Only (one day):
£10 ONE ADULT
£15 MARRIED COUPLE
Payment to be made on the day by cash of cheque. Bank details available upon request.
*Note: Cost does not include accommodation, which must be booked separately (see above)

MEALS / REFRESHMENTS

A fellowship meal will be provided for dinner on Friday (5.30pm-6.30pm).

Conference attendees will need to provide themselves with all other meals. There are plenty of food options nearby (walking distance) including Tesco Express, Missing Bean Coffee Shop, Taylors Deli, Fish and Chips, Co-op Food, Seacourt Bridge Pub, and McDonalds.

Refreshments will be available throughout the conference free of charge. This includes good filter coffee, tea, water, pastries, biscuits and other assorted goodies. The Missing Bean Coffee shop is directly opposite the church for those who want something more than a filter coffee!

CHILDREN/YOUTH

We will not be providing a full children’s ministry, but limited child care may be available for those who need to bring children with them. Please contact us for more details.

TRAVEL & PARKING

By Train: The nearest train station is “Oxford”, which is about ten minute drive from the church/hotel. We recommend getting a taxi from the train station, which will cost less than £10. Black Cab Taxi’s are always available at the front of station.

By Car: There are plenty of parking options around the church, but also parking restrictions - so please read the following. There is a large public car park around the church and hotel area, but it allows only 2 hours free parking until 6pm.

IF YOU ARE STAYING IN THE PREMIER INN - you will be able to park in the car park free of charge all day on both days by entering your car registration with the hotel when you check in.

IF YOU ARE NOT STAYING IN THE PREMIER INN - to avoid paying for parking, we recommend finding street parking near the church. There is usually plenty of street parking available on the streets around the church, usually within a 5minute walk.
