JOIN US IN OXFORD FOR THE CCUK WOMEN’S CONFERENCE 2023!
This year’s conference will be a special one- day conference. All welcome!
In previous years we have held a two-day retreat style conference, but unfortunately our usual retreat centre closed down suddenly and cancelled our booking. So this year’s conference will be a special one-day conference, and Lord willing, we will find alternative retreat centre for 2024!

Pre-conference fellowship and worship: Friday 22nd Sept
The church will be open from 2pm the day before the conference for a pre-conference fellowship afternoon and worship evening for anyone who like to come!
SPEAKERS & THEME
Our theme is ”Looking unto Jesus” (Hebrew 12:2). Our main speakers are Abigail Hobbs (Calvary Chapel Maidstone) & Sarah Fretwell (Calvary Chapel Hastings). In addition, we will have a special interview with Maureen Forder and Julie Vickery, plus testimonies.

ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION
Friday: For those arriving on Friday, arrival is from 2pm. Refreshments will be available throughout the afternoon. Please register when you arrive and collect your conference programme and lanyard. The worship evening will begin at 7pm.
Saturday: On Saturday the doors will open from 8.30am, and refreshments will be available upon arrival. The conference will start at 10am. Please register upon arrival and collect your programme and lanyard (Saturday arrivals only).

COST & PAYMENT
Registration is required. Cost is £10 per person, to be paid on the day. Cost includes a light lunch (Saturday). There are two ways you can pay:
1) Pay on the day in cash or cheque. There is a cash machine located outside the church. Please note we cannot take card payments.
2) Pay in advance by bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer/online banking please quote your first and last name as reference. If paying for more than one person, please send an email to contact@ccox.church with the names and the total amount paid

CAR PARKNG
There is a public car park surrounding the church which offers 2 hours free parking, but charges apply if you stay longer. There is plenty of street parking in the immediate vicinity of the church (eg. Arthray Road, Finmore Road), so to avoid the parking charges, we recommend the street parking!
LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS
Lunch on Saturday is included and refreshments will be provided free of charge throughout the day on both Friday & Saturday.
