Teach the Word returns on Saturday 24th June 2023 at the King’s Centre, Oxford!

Teach the Word is CCUK’s annual national conference for all the family! Join with people from across the country for a day of worship and Bible teaching, with a creche, children's, and youth ministries running all day. Children and youth go FREE.

DOORS OPEN 8.30AM
Conference starts at 10.00am. Please arrive early! Refreshments available upon arrival (free of charge). See the full schedule below.

We have secured some additional parking at the venue. See updated travel & parking info below.
BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH
Refreshments are provided free of charge throughout the day, but please bring your own lunch!

GENERAL ADMISSION: £12.50 + booking fee

YOUTH - Youth Ministry (Age 12-17): FREE

CHILD - Children's Ministry (Age 5-11): FREE

CHILD - Creche (Age 2-4): FREE

Please Note: Seating is not allocated so arrive early to get the best seats! Tickets are not required for children under 2 years old.

CHILDREN & YOUTH

We have all-day programmes for Children & Youth aged 2-17 years and tickets are FREE.

> Creche (Ages 2-4)

> Children's Ministry (Ages 5-11)

> Youth Ministry (School years 6-13)

For parents of children under 2 years there will be an unsupervised "Stay & Play" area available.

Please note:
> The creche opens 9.45am for parents to drop off their children
> All other Children & Youth will join the adults for morning worship before being released to their respective groups before the first session.
> Children need to be collected for lunch break, but be dropped back before the afternoon sessions start.

TRAVEL & PARKING INFO

> TRAVEL BY TRAIN:

The King’s Centre is just a 10 minute walk from the main Oxford rail station in Oxford city centre. Taxi's are always available outside the train station, but due to a road closure between the station and the King’s centre, the drive will be will 20minutes.

> TRAVEL BY CAR:

Please note: You CAN drive to the King’s Centre. There is currently a road closure on the Botley Road by the train station, but this does NOT affect access to the King’s Centre. Please be aware you will see “Road Closed Ahead” signs all down Botley Road - but you can ignore them!

>> The SEACOURT PARK & RIDE facility: The Seacourt Park & Ride is located off the Botley Road, and Buses run every 15-20 minutes. The bus ride is only 3 minutes. You will need to get off at the Osney Island bus stop on Botley Road, from where The King's Centre is just a 5-10 minute walk

>> The King’s Centre Car Park & Overflow Parking: There is a limited number of parking spaces available in the King’s Centre car park but we also have access to overflow parking very close by. Parking Stewards wearing hi-vis vests and will be on hand to direct you. We strongly encourage everyone to arrive at the venue as early as possible and to car share where they can.

When the car park is full, alternative parking will need to be found.

>> Street parking around the venue. No parking restrictions are in place on a Saturday, and there at least 50 spaces spaces along Ferry Hinksey Road and Osney Mead .
